Another recipe idea with quail eggs! Hope you will like it :)
Print Recipe |
Ingredients:
10 quail eggs
4 cherry tomatoes, cut in 4 pieces each
10 basil leaves
1 tsp olive oil
25g blue cheese (roquefort in my case)
Salt and pepper
Direction:
1. The problem with this recipe is that it involved 10 little eggs, so it takes time to crack each egg without breaking the yolk. I decided to not preheat the pan. Here is what I did instead:
2. Do not preheat the pan. Spray oil on the pan. Cracked all eggs carefully (well I actually failed a couple of times!), add tomatoes, basil, pieces of blue cheese, and salt and pepper.
3. Put pan over medium high heat and cook for 5 min.
