Homemade granola with coconut oil

Recipe Homemade granola with coconut oil

Granola is so addictive!!! I love it :) I wanted to try to make some myself, to be able to control what I was putting inside. And what I love with homemade granola is that you can vary the ingredients all of the time and add your favorite fresh or dry fruits!!

Roasted tomatoes and figs with feta cheese

Recipe Roasted tomatoes and figs with feta cheese

Figs are my all time favorite fruits! I wish I could eat some everyday... but unfortunately the fig season is quite short :( Anyway, I tried for the first time to bake some with feta cheese, and it turned out to be amazingly good!!

4 Breakfast Ideas #1

4 Breakfast Ideas #1

I post quite a lot of pictures of my breakfasts on Instagram (@daybydayrecipe), but I never write down the recipes because most of the time it is simply put together ingredients. I though I could share here my breakfast and explain them a little bit :)

French fries, very easy and fat free

Serving: 2    Prep Time: 5min    Passive time: 0min    Cook time: 40min

My recipe is very simple!!! And healthy :)

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C), cut potatoes in french fries shape, dispose on a baking sheet, bake for 40 minutes (more or less depending on how you like them). I do not use any oil or anything, I just salt them at the end.

Bon appétit!
