I started to do brunch only recently. And of course I love it!! I will share the recipe I am doing each Sunday. They are quite simple but so good!!

Ingredients:
For the sandwich:
2 slices of multigrain bread
2 slices of salmon
2 eggs
Sprouts (I used radishes sprouts)
Salad (I used arugula)
Fruits:
Any fruits you want!!!
Cottage cheese
Direction:
1. Prepare an omelette.
2. Cut in half the slices of bread and toast them (it all depends of the size of your bread of course!).
3. On a slice of bread, add some salad, one slice of smoked salmon, half of the omelette, and sprouts. Topped with another slice of bread. Repeat for the second sandwich.
4. Cut and arrange your fruits and cottage cheese in a way that makes you want to eat them!!!
