Salmon tartare with cucumber and mango

Another recipe of tartare :) This time I wanted to make it "simple" in order to fully taste the salmon, so I simply marinated the salmon with olive oil for an hour. It was so good... I always wish to have more in my plate... much more!

Salmon cucumber tartare and tuna mango tartare

I prepared both a salmon tartare (yes, another one!!) and a tuna tartare at the same time. I want to live by the ocean, to have cheaper and tastier fish to use for tartare and sushi. But it was still very very good :)

Steak tartare

Last Saturday, we went crazy. We had salmon and steak tartare. (crazy because meat is expensive in Switzerland!) Steak tartare is my favorite dish, followed by salmon tartare. I just love raw meat, what can I do...I am glad my American husband likes it as well!
