Last time I made stuffed artichokes (you can find the recipe by clicking here). Instead wasting the little leaves of the artichoke, I decided to try something original... Hope you will like it!

The recipe is quite simple, I kept the tiny leaves of the artichokes and try to do some sort of chips by baking them 10 minutes and then use them for an apero with some dips.
My grand father would be proud of me knowing I did not waste those little artichoke leaves!!!
