I love lemon tart! But a really sour version of it :) If you prefer a sweeter version then change the quantity of lemon (less lemon) and sugar (more sugar) in the filling! You can also change the topping with your favorite fruits :)

Ingredients:
This is the ingredient list for a full tart. I did use half of it because I made two smaller tarts. You can check the recipe of the other tart here: Banana, kiwi, and strawberry tart
For the crust:
125g butter, cut in pieces
250g whole grain flour
1 egg
1 egg yolk
50g sugar
For the filling
3 lemons, juice
2 eggs
2 egg yolk
100g sugar
For the topping:
Your favorite fruits! I used kiwi, blueberry, and currant :)
Direction:
1. Mix butter and flour with your hands until you have a sandy mix.
2. Add egg, egg yolk, and sugar. Mix everything and form a ball. Wrap the ball in plastic foil. I used half of this preparation for my tart, so I made two balls. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix egg, egg yolk, sugar, and lemon juice.
4. Press dough into a tart pan. If the dough splits or breaks apart just push it back together. Bake the crust for 5 minutes.
5. Poor the lemon mix and bake for another 20 minutes.
6. Let the tart cool and arrange your fruits on the top.
Bon appétit!
