Ingredients:
Salmon fillets (quantity you want, for me it was about 120g per fillet)
Marinade:
4tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp mirin seasoning
1tsp sesame oil
1tsp sesame seeds
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 pounds broccoli florets, cut into bite-size pieces
3 celery stalks, cut into bite-size pieces
1 red onion, sliced
1carrot, sliced
Olive oil to cook
Slat and pepper to taste
Direction:
1. Mix all the ingredients of the marinade in a bowl and place the salmon into it. Spread sesame seeds on the top and refrigerate for an hour, so that the salmon will get the flavor of the marinade (and this is going to be fantastic!).
2. Preheat the oven at 400°C (about 200°F) and prepare all the vegetables.
3. Spray olive oil in a wok (or a pan) over medium high heat.
4. When the oven and the pan are hot, place the salmon in a baking dish and cook for 5min (depending on the size of your salmon, and how you like it. I like it pink and my pieces were small). Keep the marinade!!
5. Put all the vegetables in the wok and stir frequently for 3 minutes. Pour the marinade on the top of the vegetables and stir until the salmon is cooked (about 2 minutes).
6. Place your vegetables and salmon in plates.
Bon appétit!
